Photo Challenge October 2021 - Entries Thread

Each month we run an informal Photo Challenge as a bit of fun between stargazing opportunities. The challenge is set by the previous month's winner.

Last month's challenge was a tie by sheeny, Derek Klepp, zenith and FlashDrive.

They have consulted, and have come up with another lockdown friendly topic this month... "Something in your garden".

So grab a camera and go exploring. Thanks.

The Fine Print:
* This is the Entries thread. Only for posting your entry, and its back story.
* Comments on other entries are not allowed here, but can be posted to the "Comments and Other Images Thread" -> HERE.
* Just to clarify, entries are limited to one image per person. Additional images may be posted to the "Comments and Other Images Thread"
* Of course, the image must be your "own work"
and
* all other normal forum rules, and image size limits, apply.

The "winner" will be determined by public vote, which will be run at the end of the month, and will get to choose next month's topic and have their photo immortalised in our "Photo Challenge Hall of Fame".

Good Luck!

I may just stick around here for a while…….

This is a reasonably small specimen, we had one amble up our drive a couple of years ago that was almost half as big again, but that one had disappeared by the time I got the camera. We also get a green coloured version about half the size of this one.

Passion Fruit

I never tire of looking at the huge number of varieties of the weird and wonderful Passion Fruit flowers. Pity I don't eat them.
