Planetary Imaging Filter Questions

Hi,
Could someone please advise me as to whether the way I am thinking about this is the right way to do some planetary imaging? I have a Saxon909 f10 90mm refractor telescope, GSO 1.25'' Apochromatic 2.5x Barlow and an ASI224mc camera. I have 2 different filters a Baader Semi Apo Filter and a Baader Contrast Booster filter. My questions are can I stack images from a session of say Jupiter with the semi apo filter and a session with the contrast booster together to utilize the different aspects of the two filters? Also if i purchased a UV/IR pass filter would this give me different detail in IR that i could also stack into an image?
Thanks

Your problem is not the filters. You simply lack aperture.
The best you can do with the listed gear it to use only the UV/IR cut filter so that at least your colours can be balanced.
