Onstep STM32 blue pill and ESP32 SCH PCBs

I'm venturing into the unknown world of doing DIY gotos. Have 2 scopes so if it works well, I'll be doing both.

Just ordered 20 pcbs for Onstep (STM32 blue pill) and smart hand controller (ESP32). Only need 2, but minimum orders apply so bought a few.

Depending on Covid-19 delays impacting DHL, I should receive these in a week or 2.

Offering the surplus out to interested parties at cost + postage which is around $9 per pcb set ($5 for the 2 boards plus $4 postage). Note: this is PCBs only not parts. I sourced mine on eBay with supplements from Jaycar.

First in best dressed. Will only look for payment only once I've received the pcbs and checked them out.

I needed to source additional parts for my own build and decided to make a second hand controller so have bulk bought enough parts through aliexpress for an additional 5 Onstep controllers + SHC's.

Will be shipping these at cost, which is around $70-$80 so approx $90 including the PCB's. I've included the more expensive stepper drivers (LV8729) which are around $14 for both, but these are apparently very quiet and worth the cost of a cup of coffee . No boxes, stepper motors and external cables though.

I'll draw up a full parts list in the next day or so. As per the previous post, first in, best dressed and will only look for payment once all the bits arrive.

PCB's have arrived

Hi all

PCBs arrived this morning - a lot faster than anticipated. Ordered them in black for no other reason than things all look the same in the dark.

For anyone buying their own parts make sure you get the right ESP32 board as they come in slightly different sizes. The NodeMCU ESP32S is often labelled as ESP32-DEVKITC.

Enjoy! Onstep has made my EQ5 a great go-to, and hugely improved my CGEM (much better performance with steppers and belt drive).
