Jupiter Aug 21st in not crook seeing.

Hi All,

If I had based my decision to capture data based on the GFS charts this morning I would have stayed in bed.

Reckon persistence has its own rewards, the seeing was ordinary but thats better than I have had for a while.

Have posted a selection of RGB and 807nm IR images from the nearly 2 hr session, it was really great to actually see some level of detail in the live feed and my IR images surprised me bit with the level of detail in them.

Excellent work Trev, the second colour image in particular is really nice

Thanks Lester, if the GFS charts can be believed then we both might get some descent seeing at the end of this week.

Hi All, have just completed a repro of my RGB's and put them into an animation, it represents just under 90 min's of rotation. Have attached a link below.
