Not sure if everyone is aware of it - the national push-up challenge for raising awareness of mental health started today.

3318 push-ups in 25 days - aging Polish geek will try to keep up.

132 a day, that's great. I sometimes aim for 100 and just about get there.

There was a time when I could do 200 a day for weeks at a time but that was long long ago, far far away in the past...........
