I will have to measure the eyepiece to find what size to get for that.
It all depends on the power draw from the heater and if you want to use it in a single night or multiple nights without charging.

I would only be looking to have one large enough for a single night use then charge it up if i plan to go out the next night.
For size wise i am still trying to find out what size to go for.
The diameter of the eyepiece is around 56mm, so quiet large around the middle.
Looking at photos, it looks to me that is where the dew heaters go on an eyepiece, never used one on an eyepiece before so could be wrong there.

When you know which you need, get the amperage draw and multiply that by the amount of hours you are normally using it.
That will give you the minimum capacity of the power bank.

Placement of the strap is key in the air column to prevent dew from forming. Some place inside the tube behind corrector or outside in front of it. Just make sure not to block image train.

That makes sense now that you out it that way.
The USB dew heater draws 5W and a USB puts out 5V so basically 1A per hour
I should of mentioned that i was looking at a USB powered dew heater.
Something like a 10,000maH should be fine then.

It depends on the lens (and where the focus ring is located relative to the primary lens) but for all of my lenses, I need to tape the focus ring so it can't move before adding the dew heater strap.

Just wondering if anyone here experiences focus adjustment issues when a dew heater/strap is introduced to a DSLR lens?
