Carina Reprocessed using Siril

I just started using Siril to stack.
These are stacked in Siril with appropriate darks, flats and biases. Lights are 60 seconds each (x30).
6 panels each stitched in ICE.
Semi stretched in Siril (no deconvolution, back ground extraction and grenn noise reduction used) then finished in PS (Converted to JPG in LR).
I've included both the Starless and Starred as I was not real happy wit hthe blue green halo left around the stars. Possibly a function of the Siril Stack and possibly could have been removed using, but for the life of me, I'm not sure how to do that yet.

WO Z81. ZWO 533 MC PRO. Optolong L-Extreme.

NO SHARPENNING OR NOISE REDUCTION WAS USED IN THE CREATION OF THESE IMAGES. NONE. NADA.

to reduce a halo around a larger star make a second layer in photoshop then clonestamp or heal the star, use a layer mask to then paint in the star underneath using a small brush and then gradually enlargen until it looks right, if you can't locate the star from underneath reduce the opacity of the top layer first

Thanks Bassnut. I need to try to calibrate my monitor. The colours I saw when I was processing, are not what I see here on my work machine...

Cheers,

Hugh
