Small pixel 10mm chip mono camera?

What uncooled Mono cameras have a pixel size less than 3 micron, and a chip width greater than 10mm (height doesn’t matter)
The 485 looked promising but no mono version.

I had one, and returned it to ZWO - it did not perform well with Solar imaging.
Replaced with the ASI 178.

*I did read that there are only two camera sensor makers, Canon and the rest source from the one company in the way of DSLR camera sensors. How true that is, I'm not sure, as I didn't track other references.

These examples all seem to be colour commercial camera chips, not mono……
