No pressure. I'm just glad to get the hell out of Sydney for a while. I have cobwebs on my mount. Tragic...

You can actually remember where your mount is stored and what it looks like....

Cheers

Oh, that’s a real shame. Meeting new people is always good but Astrofest is at least as much as the annual catch-up with people you quite literally only see once a year.

Wow, 2013?
Was that the time you dropped in for a visit Phil?

No I think it was earlier than that. We’ve made the trip 3 times from memory, the first in 2007. We usually hire a van from Brissy and use that for accomodation.

Minor update. The booking site will now go live sometime on Saturday 30th April.

Please do, however, checkout https://www.qldastrofest.org.au/ once more and click on the names of the sponsors in the prize table to read the company profiles I have prepared for each one.

Actually I’ll add them here for a wider audience:

https://www.qldastrofest.org.au/celestron-2022/
https://www.qldastrofest.org.au/skywatcher-2022/
https://www.qldastrofest.org.au/testar-2022/
https://www.qldastrofest.org.au/palmway-optical-2022/
https://www.qldastrofest.org.au/astro-anarchy-2022/
https://www.qldastrofest.org.au/bintel-2/

Now added AstroAnarchy and Bintel. Prize value currently sitting at $13,601.98

Chris
