Rob,
Your in luck , I imaged for 4 years with my 6” and 8” newts and my Canon 600D unmodded and used a Baader MPCC Mk3 coma corrector which worked really well
Now I use my Baader MPCC Mk3 coma corrector with my ZWOASI2600MC cooled OSC and f5 newts
The Baader MPCC Mk3 will correct coma down to f3.5 and will screw directly into your Canon EOS t ring
The Baader MPCC Mk3 does not change your focal length, other brands of coma correctors do
NB: You may have to buy some spacing rings 1mm and 2mm thick as each optical train and its camera behaves differently ( generally the required distance from camera sensor to coma corrector is 55mm for the MPCC Mk3 )
I found using my Canon 600D that I didn’t require any spacers and coma was eliminated right to the edges and corners , but using my 2600MC I had to fit a 1mm spacer to completely eliminate coma. So a bit of testing will be required on your part
Bintel sell the MPCC Mk3 for $339.00
Good luck
Cheers
Martin
