I got lucky as well imaging the area around M78 on 27-28/12. This is an animated gif I made out of a partial crop from 31 registered subs. The flickering is from filter changes (I was imaging RGB and changing filters regularly to get data from all three in the night) and the jump in the middle either a focus run or meridian flip. It took me a few days of digging to satisfy myself that it was James Webb and not something else.
