This is an Astrozap Eyepiece Tray for Meade LX200 series telescopes, it has holes for 2" and 1 1/4" eyepieces plus 4 places to hang the hand controller. It also makes setting up the scope easier, the nylon stop blocks position the base of the LX200 mount in the correct position to insert the centre bolt. Comes with the original mounting bolts. Also has a built in spirit level.
