Shatner Boldly Going Again

No surprise about the choice here.

As he is launched into space I can imagine him humming ... "I'm in love with the shape of you"

I reckon that's Bezos trying to up one Musk. 3 days in Orbit vs. Captain Kirk in space. Fail.

Hmm, with or without his hairpiece? He is famously bald, like Travolta. Do hair pieces withstand high G acceleration and weightlessness? Picard would not have this problem.

Good question. Certainly something NASA should be researching given the number of wealthy older citizens lining up for a trip to space.

I, for one, would be happy to space test "furry road kill" glued to my head. A month on the ISS should be enough.

It would be a giant leap for the follicly challenged.
