M43 from the other night with ASI183MC.

Antlia 3.5NM SHO filters, Esprit 100. 3.75 hrs integration with 300 sec subs.

Very vibrant and detailed. Interesting use of the filters and processing . I have not tried the sii on the MC.

Hi Ray,
Thanks for feedback. Much appreciated, this is a challenging hobby when starting off.

I was advised that Sii would be a waste of time with the MC but I got the SHO set on sale and was surprised (on lots of targets) how much data I got using Sii on the 183MC.

I’m now contemplating a Mono camera. It’s a toss up between the ASI294mm which would give a wider FOV and go well with the 1.25” filters, and the 2600mm which would be substantially more expensive due to having to upgrade the filters and EFW.
