Flea 3 USB to Powermate mount

Hello all,

I just took the leap, and bought the new Flea 3 USB 3.0 camera. Now, I have a really, really, REALLY stupid question....how do I mount it to my eyepiece adapter or TV Powermate? I have searched PT Grey's website, and have not found anything, yet. I have also dropped an email to their support group. But, too impatient to wait. So, I thought that I would check with the true experts!

Thank in advance!

Depending on your powermate you can get a T adapter for it that replaces the 1-1/4 eyepiece holder part. Then you can use a T to C adapter. That makes for a nicely rigid mounting. Or you can get a 1-1/4 to C adapter.

Thank you Frolinmod! That is what I just ordered. For anyone following this thread with the same needs, you can get the 1 1/4" Televue Powermate to T-Thread adapter from Astronomics (81PMT) and the T to C Thread Adapter from Scope Stuff (C2TT)

netwolf,

It has the Sony IMX035.
I chose the color model, because I did not want to have to get a color wheel or spend extra time processing RGB images. Maybe when I grow up, some day.
