GSTAR / Mallincam etc video dark subtraction

Folks,
Is there software out there that takes the stream from your capture device and subtracts a dark frame before showing the video on the PC?

I have a SAC-Mintron, which I use with a wide lens to watch satellites. The bright white dots of the hot pixels on the sensor really bug me. I'd like to have these subtracted so I can really tell which dots are stars, which are sats etc.

Cheers,
Jason.

Thanks Karl, I think it only does the subtraction on saved files, but I'm looking in to it now.

Cheers,
Jason.
