Moon, Venus and Mercury Conjunction

Hi All,

Long time no see.

I went to photograph the conjunction between the Moon, Venus and Mercury on October the 27th. I took many photos from a rural area of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

This is what I've uploaded to my website:
http://www.luisargerich.com/p323902286

There was a new moon at perigee so this was a super-crescent?

It was really a beautiful conjunction I enjoyed being there and was lucky to find clear skies.

Have a very nice weekend!

Luis

Nice work Luis. I went out for a look and all I could see was clouds. These are lovely shots, thanks for sharing them.

Great shots Luis. I managed to get lucky and saw it last evening. Especially lucky as I wasn't expecting it and had no good equipment. Posted a shot on another thread.

Cheers
Tony

Wicked effort, Luis! The panoramas would make beautiful large prints for the wall.

Thanks for the messages, I was traveling for a week so I couldn't say thanks before, forgive me for that!

Mercury-Venus and Antares will be nice on the night of the 10th and 11th.

(great thing to be in the South Hemisphere for these things)

Awesome photos you got there Luis. I really like the colours and the super thin crescent Moon.
