Zeiss APQ Redux

A while back I posted about the reintroduction of the Zeiss APQ starting with the APQ 150/1200. So some might sigh and go .. not again. Apologies in advanced but I am somewhat fixated on this scope for some reason.

I keep going back to the website to see if they add any information and they have. If you think the price of the bare OTA is out of this world .. take a gander at the price of the Reducer Corrector and the Flat-Field Corrector ... along with the other stuff (Tube Rings, Dovetail)

I see why you are obsessed with this scope. I wonder if it will ever be available ? But it looks like it is only 1/2 a lotto win away from being affordable. Keep us posted

Given the price of Canon long focal length prime lenses these days, and exquisite performance of this Zeiss glass, the price is not unreasonable.

If you want a Maybach don't expect it to be cheap.

Everything looks great, but I can only see computer generated images in this pdf.
