If it gets delivered. The article was late October 2017, and the KS was October-November 2017. So we're far too late to join in on that.
Reading the comments on the KS, the second prototype is still pending completion, and the KS organizer is currently hoping for delivery of the KS backers ones in May next year, before trying to go commercial. That after the initial planned delivery date of this month has slipped by.
So it would be late 2019 at the earliest, before the scope would likely be available online e-tail.
