Got it!

Hey guys!

Just got my 70-300mm Sigma APO DG lens for the 400D, what a beauty it is too! $398-00!! It also has a macro function and it works really well !

Looking forward to taking some star pics with it soon!

Cheers!

Great Chris
Now for some clear skies.
I was down your way today. We drove down to the riverside campground below Budds Mare. Now that is a steep road!

Hey Terry!
Yeah great views from Budds Mare, 4wd recommended on that road! Im going out to Dangar Falls tomorrow to try out the lens and do a bit of bushwalking!
I have been getting some great clear skies but then i get high level fog (bringing moist air) and it saturates the grass, telescope....bloody everything! Fog comes through in gaps, then the gaps get smaller then total block out!

Hope we get some dry clear skies soon!

Cheers!

Hi OBMY,
Would love to see some images from the new lens, as I am thinking of getting the same for the 400D.
Any will suffice, day or night.
