Sun images from Melbourne 14/5/2022

After a couple of days of average weather, our new mono camera arrived yesterday. It looked like it had managed to cause complete cloud cover, however there was a very small gap at around 4pm this afternoon. We didn't get any video without at least a small amount of high cloud but one had just enough to get a single image. Not sure at this stage whether it is much of an improvement on the colour camera. The coloured image is colourised using the palette from one of the images taken with the colour camera.
We did at least get an opportunity to see AR 3007 plus its neighbouring 3012 and it was interesting to see the incoming 3010 & 3011.
