Distant clouds

These were taken with a Sony RX100 M3 compact camera earlier in March this year near the place we were staying at in Bright, Victoria. Even back then, clear nights were hard to come by!

Thanks Leon, the foreground was illuminated by a street light nearby. No torch painting required here!

Yes Derek, they almost have all the features of DSLR in the palm of your hand. The M3 has a 21mp one inch sensor which helps a lot too.
