Trifid Nebula - back to astrophotograpy

I had to take a break from astrophotography for the past 5 years due to family commitments but I've finally found time to pick it up again.

New tools to learn and took some time to remember how to set everything up again!

Welcome back Aaron!

Life gets in the way sometimes, so be it...

A great effort with the image.
As so often I have been told, there is a lot more detail hidden in your data.

How to find it?

Well done

Nice image. I am in the middle of imaging this for the first time with my first scope so will use it as an example of what it should turn out like.
I am in a Bortle 8 so using NB and will add some RGB. I hope it turns out as good as yours.

Great image . A lot of natural detail and colour in what can be a challenging object.
