Just a quick check if there's any interest in a Canon 35mm F2 works fine BUT the auto focus isn't working , manual and focus confirm in the finder work though.
The pic of Comet Lovejoy was taken @ F4.5 which is the best aperture for sharp stars to the corners if you use a Full Frame camera ( and are fussy ) for the smaller chips F2.8 should do the trick.
