Roberts Quartet - Constellation of Phoenix

Just having a look (LUM) to see if worth pursuing with RGB.

Interesting, but a tad small for my scope.

30 X 5m subs.

Many unnamed galaxies in the high res.

All good fun

Nice to see something different, not quite the Hubble Ultra Deep Field but a few more (several) hours on it would be interesting, to see what magnitude you can get down to and what else is in the field. I'm still amazed at what modern gear and patience can do.

Well done to locate these. I seem to have trouble getting centred on the fainter galaxies. It would be good to get some galaxy groups.

Hi Jeff
I have to stop myself from buying a bigger scope, always wanting to zoom in further.
Have moved on to Sculptor Galaxy.

Your welcome Glenn, I really enjoy capturing these small targets.

Hi Ray. I use https://www.constellation-guide.com/ and Stellarium to choose a target, plus what others have done.
SGP will then find them easily.
