July 2021 Photo Challenge - "Waterfalls" - Entries Thread

As a bit of fun each month, we run this informal Photo Challenge, it's open to everyone.
No prizes, just the kudos.

This month's challenge, as chosen by last month's winner (Leon), is now "Waterfalls"

Those of us in Lockdown, Please do not breach any standing health orders, but have a go! Grab a camera! Submit your entry. Thanks.

The Fine Print:
* This is the Entries thread. Only for posting your entry, and its back story.
* Comments on other entries are not allowed here, but can be posted to the "Comments and Other Images Thread" -> HERE.
* Just to clarify, entries are limited to one image per person. Additional images may be posted to the "Comments and Other Images Thread"
* Of course, the image must be your "own work"
and
* all other normal forum rules, and image size limits, apply.

The "winner" will be determined by public vote, which will be run at the end of the month, and will get to choose next month's topic and have their photo immortalised in our "Photo Challenge Hall of Fame".

Good Luck!

Iguassu Falls

Another Iguassu photo. It is a pity that the falls cover such an enormous area that they can only be shown in their entirety from the air. This was an
alternate pic I put in the comments thread last month.

This waterfall is at Wangi Pool, Litchfield NP, near Darwin. It is a favourite swimming hole for visitors.

Under the current restrictions, this image from a few years back is as close as I can get to a waterfall at the moment. Unless restrictions lift, this will have to do as my submission.

Bridal Veil Falls, Blackheath, NSW , also called Govetts Leap Falls has a single drop of 180 metres (590 feet). I took this shot of the base of the falls with my Canon 100-400mm lens.

Natural Bridge, Springbrook

Always a great place for a walk and unusual to see falls from inside a cave.
