Thanks Marc, that looks like quite a big bang from the size and intensity of the impact plume.

Did read about the impact earlier on Spaceweather.com , was going to post an heads up but you beat me to it.
Going by the time you needed to be in the western hemisphere, Europe, Africa and the Americas' .
