Male T thread to internal female 1.25" filter thread

I have one of these, about 6mm long which I'm pretty sure came from Baader. Not a viable option today.
I need a second adaptor for a project.


Anyone have any ideas where I might find one of these adaptors???
(Nothing I could find on eBay or Amazon.....)
