Using a Meade-compatible Usb to 6p4c cable with Ioptron Minitower

Hi all, I have an Ioptron Minitower mount with a broken hand controller and was thinking of using it for a project as an eq mount and control it with an asiair or old mini pc + NINA. Now my problem is I can't find a usb to 6p4c for Ioptron, I can only see the usb to 4p4c cable in Amazon. Most of the 6p4c for sale is specified for Meade LX200. Question is, will those cables work with my minitower? Here's the link for the cable I have in mind:

usb to 6p4c for meade lx200

Cheers,
Raf

Hi Raf,

Have a look at Teleskop Express.

They have the 6P4C cable. They also have a range of iOptron hand controllers.

Thanks Phil, I'm actually looking for the USB to 6p4c which I can plug straight to a PC or ASI air, actually bought a 4p4c last month by mistake only to find out that the connector is different so I purchased a crimping tool and some RJ11 connectors to try and repurpose the cable. Otherwise I might get a new 8401 controller but not sure if the mount will connect to NINA or ASIAIR as it seems I have the old version of the minitower.
