I wrote this for you who are not aware of using a Raspberry in your control system to the astro equipment.
I planned to replace my Windows system 4 years ago with a Raspberry Linux system. Lot of work and lot of new things to learn, but the last year it works almost perfect.

Very powerful and at almost no cost. Especially I like the low power requirement which is very useful when on batteri power. Living in a Bortle Class 9 environment.
