For context, I have a computer I've named folly, because I really shouldn't have purchased it - if I hadn't already used the name, then that would be the name for this camera.
Long story short, I had FLI build me this camera a few months ago with dreams of long exposure, deep sky nirvana - and then I looked at the price of filters and filter wheels and realised I wasn't even halfway there.
So it's being sold - ideally to someone who's already got one or the ML version.
65mm shutter, anti-dew technology option installed - can share the build report from FLI.
Other than capturing darks (600s JPEG attached to this post, I can share the FITS via Dropbox), it's essentially as new (I can send the paperwork from FLI if required)
TBH - i'm not entirely sure what a "great" sensor looks like (I'm a CMOS guy), but it compares well with what I've seen from iTelescope - nothing that a typical calibration routine wouldn't address.
Asking $8900 ONO, plus shipping, I figure anything too far away from that and I might as well keep it and keep saving my pennies...
