Make it.

Seriously.

Easy enough on a lathe with some aluminium, acrylic or even ply.

I make Takahashi "manhole" style plug dewshield caps out of laminated plastic card - very simple!

I have even made them before out of cardboard, then impregnated with superglue (thin stuff) then further stiffened with resin/bog. I have even seen people make them out of papier mache! (suitably weather varnished).

Great creative...
