Total eclipse last night

This is my submission from last night's total Luna eclipse. Fell asleep in front of the TV, wasn't expecting it to be clear outside. Went out about 9.00pm and surprise, surprise, ir was clear! Raced back inside, grabbed the tripod and Nano Tracker to shoot a series of exposures ranging from 2 secs to 8 seconds, 800iso with a Tamron 500mm mirror lens on a Canon 550d. Combined in Photoshop.

Looks good Michael: well done! I only got a 5 second clear window, so I got one 3 second shot (no combining possible!)...

All the best,

Dean
