Should have explained that, it's not Victoria's fault, just that bad things seem to happen to me and my family there, that's all....as you can appreciate from the story. Could have happened anywhere, but it seems that whenever I go south, things just seem to go south.....

Yeah, considering he was customer service, no-one was at his desk and I was there with a Jetstar employee who was asking for me and Qantas and Jetstar are effectively the same company....AND he was chatting to a friend and not actually doing any work, I thought it a bit much that we were kept waiting for 3 minutes while he waffled....
