It's the inconsistencies that are frustrating. A recently ordered Berlebach Uni 18 tripod - from Berlebach in Germany - arrived yesterday 23rd Sept after being ordered on 8th Sept and sent on 10th Sept. So, 15 days all up which is not too bad these days.
But, - there's always a but - Berlebach decided to split the order into 2 packages - one bigger and heavier one for the tripod, that arrived yesterday, and another for the included spreader tray and safety chains. That 2nd parcel (according to DHL tracking) has been sitting at Frankfurt airport since 10th Sept and hasn't moved for two weeks. Why would 2 parcels, sent together at the same time by the same sender using the same (DHL) delivery system not be placed on the same plane at the same time?
