Pleiades

Another with "real stars". I had a few hours left in the night after taking data for another image, so here it is. I think this will be the last of these.

The weather has changed up here so it looks like I will be putting everything away till next May. Time to pursue my other hobbies ,

Cheers

Getting in to the M45 season with a 'dazzler' George. You've caught the dusty area surrounding the cluster nicely. Thanks for sharing.

A good image George. Perhaps overkill on the spikes though - its a spike fest!

Greg.

A very nice image of the Pleiades George.

Yep with all those stars in the frame the spikes are perhaps a bit overwhelming for some of us but hopefully the 8 yo they were made for appreciates them.

Nice one George. You've got some depth and colors on that shot. Not easy to image. Right on time for Christmas season too.
