New ZWO ASI224MC pixel issue

Received my new ZWO camera this week and there looks to be a green pixel. I did some research and apparently green is either a stuck/hot pixel and can possibly be fixed.

I contacted ZWO who said they can connect to my computer via teamviewer and change a few settings in my capturing software I am using. I hate the idea of giving them access to my computer so I thought I would ask on here if anyone has had a similar issue or do I need to send it back to them?

Thanks!

You can watch what they do when they log in via TV. Shouldn’t be s problem.

Stefan, it's a one-shot colour camera - ALL of them will show random red, green or blue pixels (my SBIG STF8300C does).
