Another foggy start this morning which threatened the commencement of observations in average to poor seeing. Images were recorded in Ha, Continuum 540nm and Ca II K. All active regions were imaged together including a new unnamed spot rotating into view which may become AR2926. Minor prominence activity was observed in both Ha and Ca II K.

Thanks for your comments Martin much appreciated. I'm glad to have recorded what I could yesterday. The rest of the week does not look promising.

Nice images Gerard - esp. the CaK ones. It might be very hot but at least we are getting chances to take images of the Sun. Regards, John W.

Great collection of images (I like the Ca prom!!) well presented.
Good to see someone is getting the opportunity to solar image.
