I was thinking of going up Saturday but 7Timer is now showing
mostly cloud for that day so I will probably opt out.
(Anyone got a better forecast??)

Thursday is looking good for you guys though.

Greg.

greg,
we would love to have you there... whatever the weather.
but unfortunately, my weather source now agrees with you.
however, by the amount it has changed in the last 48 hours,
Saturday may end up being OK.
But i would not count on it.

We are going determined to have a good time, and if the weather permits astronomic pursuits, then that will be a bonus.

For most of us, it is all about having a break, away, with our mates.
Would love for you to join us, but I understand if this is not practical for you.

Just about to start packing.

WooHoo!
What a great trip.
Thanks to everyone who came and made it such a great time.
and thanks to the weather gods for smiling on Bretti all the time we were there.
None of that dreaded rain, that was predicted.
Nice clear nights thursday and Friday.
Brilliant "swimming" weather every day.
although Saturday night was intermittent haze, it proved a good backdrop to "the party" and eyeball astronomy was the go.

Thanks Looking forward to next time.

Ditto to Allan's comments.

Very nice observing for 2 nights.
The Creek was a great way to cool off every day. Clear clean fresh water is lovely to swim in.
Good company, and even a "newbie" Chris and Family came along to share the good times.
Love that 12 inch Go-to Dob Chris. Look after it mate, its a beauty.
Thx for the Rum too Arthur.
Thanks to all who made it another special trip.
