No need to do this one - Australia has almost completed its economic takeover of NZ now!

As for me, I wouldn't change a thing. I like struggle street. It makes me appreciate everything I have so much more.

Wise beyond your years, young man. Well said.

At the end of high school in my 4U maths class, I wish I'd actually paid more attention to Miss Williams than....uhmmm... Miss Williams.

Smitten teenager - lots of daydreaming and not much else.

Hi Vars191,

I can't agree more. If there was no Hitler, Stalin or William The Conquerer, you, by all probability would not be here to read this. You would not have been born. But that's okay you wouldn't be here to know about it. It could have been worse.

Cheers Marty

Agree, lots of "what if" scenarios. Given my parents emigrating to Australia was directly as a result of WWII and its aftermath, who knows where I'd be
I'd rather try and learn from history to try and avoid making the same mistake twice

Talking about William the Conqueror....there's a very good chance that if he didn't exist many people here would certainly not be alive, as he will most likely be related to them.

Well he was, after all, known as William the Bas-ard ! That makes him related to a few people I know

Not wanting to start anything but I think I would give the Aborigines (or any native people) some M60's.
Half in jest!
