There aren't many threads that aren't asking (either explicitly or implicitly, to some extent at least) for a personal opinion and its justification. Therefore it really ought not matter that much if there's a lot of overlap with someone else's reply. I seldom read a post that doesn't add some new information or a valuable slant on the issue at hand. Hell, it's what makes these forums so valuable.
