Thats unreal jj, you can use a uk proxy server but you would have to pay for one that can stream video. A google will give you more info

Read up more on there site, i have not used them but it looks great for the non gurus. After your your installed the standard foxy proxy navigate to proxy and vpn service and click buy for pricing and trail info.
