Then OS absolutely. Thinking about classic lines that have been integrated into our language.. "Beam me Up Scotty" And " Captn' the engines can't take much more. Classic

Mmmm, all of them I have to say, it's been a progression. OS begat NG, NG begat .... Obviously some episiodes were better than others and there was a lot of waffling in places.
I also have to disagree with a few of you and say I did like the new Movie with it's new start. For me I guess it updates the series and opens it up to new stories and new captains, crew etc.
Hopefully ...

And it still beats any reality\cooking\Idol\blah blah rubbish that currently I turn off...

I saw the new movie and it just isn't the same anymore. After the reboot Star Trek has gone so mainstream and I miss the elements that Star Trek used to have.

I am looking forward to the next movie but for me it isn't Star Trek anymore which is sad

Started re-watching Enterprise for the 3rd time a few nights ago. Up to episode 9 of season 1, such a good series!!
