Rain radar shows it stops on the mid-western edge of the ranges, @1:10pm.

Might make Blackheath area a game of dodge the bullet.

I'm thinking in taking a chance.

No good...

2:30pm... Cloud closed in again in the city looks like it will be a wet night.

Weather radar shows showers west of Katoomba so it can't be clear at Hargraves even...

Unfortunately can't this week, I have other commitments. If the weather looks very good by 2 - 2:30pm I might reconsider though; if its a bit iffy won't bother.

G'day Wavytone et al,

Here is a good site to check on the weather up at the Blue Mountains:

It is a remotely controlled camera at the Skyway cable car at Katoomba which you can toggle around for a real time view of the Megalong valley.

It's a good tool for planning on the spare of the moment.
