I drive what many would class as a "big 4WD". It's a turbo diesel and uses 11 litres/100km. I'm sure plenty of car drivers give me the tut-tut for being a fuel guzzler, while using more fuel than me. Sure, plenty of cars use less, but plenty use more......and besides, it comes in handy on my hilly 40 acres.

....... of course the Harley only uses ~5 litres /100km, but carrying the 10" dob is such a hassle.
