Just be sure of what you're asking for - they're not 12" rings - they're more like 14" rings.

Unless you get them custom made there's no local suppliers.

I forgot to mention that my EQ6 will be mounted on a concrete pier in my observatory so will stability still be an issue with the 12" Newt?

That might make a fair difference.. also with walls around most of it as a wind break. It Might be fine... I suppose if you bought it for planetary work, you'd be able to fire it up with a DSLR and see how it goes.. although if you bought it with DSO imaging in mind and found it would be no good, you'd be more than a bit upset.

I think I'll keep my C8 for DSO imaging for the time being and maybe purchase a 12" Newt for planetary work and visual observing.

How will the EQ6 handle a 10" Newt?
