I couldn't testify to this but the latest 4000 series from china are shockers...according to plenty of user reviews.
The series 5000 plossl by meade...well, some rave about em' & some hate em'. Meade QC still leaves a lot to be desired? If your going to spend upto 150 bucks on a 5000 plossl you may as well spend that on a TV plossl. No QC probs with them apparently?
