is the Orion Deluxe Barlow threaded to accept 2" filters? I have done a quick search on the web which turned up nothing, so I thought why not go to someone who has one
If it is, it would be one way to use my 1.25" eyepieces with the filter.

I have a GSO 2" 2x barlow (was included as part of my 12" dob package) and I'm curious to see any differences between it and the Orion deluxe.

I'm hoping to get to Cambroon on the 20th. It will be first light for my barlow and my 13mmStratus . We can do A/B comparisions with the barlows. Have you read TamtTarn's first light review?

Dave's already answered your question. I have only taken the barlow out of the box once just to make sure it was the genuine article and had arrived undamaged.
