The first 8 paragraphs you can safely skip because there is no content in them, just gibberish. Then he starts getting to the point but then there is more gibberish in what follows. A sane person hasn't got the patience for that nonsense. I reckon the message of the whole 2000+ word letter could be edited down to 200-300 words without losing any content. Just skim reading the thing it's freaky how much my of my schizophrenic mother I see there. (She's also obsessed with religious ideas though she had rejected all main- and minor-stream religions and has come up with her own pseudo-Judeo-Christian thing.) Just like my mother's letters and her lengthy voice mail messages I could not be asked to read or listen to the whole thing.
What I'm seeing here backs up my idea that these people are not "evil" but insane in a clinical sense and in a civilised society with adequate resources they'd be on community treatment orders; hospitalised as long as need be and given medication and psychiatric care long before they would harm others or themselves.
