I've seen it and another similar.
Its beginning to infect others.
The rubbing of the chains will strip paint off and the car becomes a rust bucket.

The skulls etc just indicate not all is right in the mind.

there isn't a Dracula's restaurant in that area? years ago I use to live in a complex that had an owner of an old hearse (I thought it was an old Chevy), it was a mad car, and was decked out similar, minus the chains but had skulls and stuff and a coffin in the back and things but they worked at Dracula's on the gold coast. im sure other gold coasters would have seen it parked out the front around 10-15 years ago...

back to the OP, typical ford driver....
